 Lucifer Dawson: He's been trying to get undercover for ages with the police force. However, it didn't happen back in New York City, so he decided to move back to Omaha, where he grew up as a kid. Finally, he got a partner, but Hoss Bailey died after eating a bad chili dog and now has been assigned to someone new. [about his name, his mom thought she was naming him Luther but his uncle heard it all wrong while he filled out the paperwork when Lucifer was born].

Trudy Jones: That new person is Trudy Jones. Lucifer wouldn't call it 21 Jump Street. Of course, Trudy wouldn't know. But she does have skills.

Frannie Lebowski: His superior who he wished would find a new job. They have a love-hate relationship.

Dexter Dawson: Lucifer's cousin who has stayed in North O and is working to make that side of town great. He is a math teacher at a high school and is married.

Willow Hanson: Dex's wife, and Lucifer's first love. She works at a museum and is always trying to help small businesses.
